REMAX Broker Recruits 9 Agents in 5 Months Using This System

Anthony Dinardi has been a real estate broker for 25+ years. He owns the #3 grossing REMAX office in New Jersey. After three brutal market years and losing six top agents in one stretch, he was, in his own words, "at the bottom of my rope." In the last five months he's recruited nine agents at an 8% lead-to-signed conversion rate.

The white-hot list

Only about 20% of real estate agents are thinking about making a move at any given time. That 20% is a moving target. Different agents every couple of months. The Agent Attraction system identifies them because the agents identify themselves: they click the ad and submit their info. As Anthony puts it, "I'm out there chasing people, dialing people, and that target keeps moving. I let that moving target hit me. And then I'm dealing with that 20% all the time."

The bottom-of-the-rope moment

Anthony lost six top agents at once. The 2023, 2024, and 2025 markets were a grind. He'd been putting his own money into the company to keep it moving. "I was going to sell out. I was going to bail out. I don't know what I was going to do, but I was not going to be abused anymore. This was my last ditch effort." He gave himself one bet.

What 9 agents in 5 months looks like

Five signed in. Four more verbally committed. About 120 leads in five months. Anthony admits he dropped the ball on the first six weeks. He didn't do his modules and missed early Zoom requests. Even so, he's at an 8% lead-to-signed conversion rate. "I'd be happy to recruit 12 agents a year. So if I could recruit 20+, that is a huge benefit for me."

The flywheel kicking in

Anthony's office has visible momentum. Existing agents see the new hires, the activity, the energy. They're referring their own friends in. New agents arrive ready to work because they came to him, not the other way around. His next move: a salaried trainer/coach hire, then another 10 agents, then another 10 to fully retire from selling himself.

What he'd say to other brokers

"I'm never going to stop running it. I might take a different role, but we're going to keep running it. I can't tell you how much I love this system. I'm thankful to be part of the machine." Anthony has already started referring other REMAX broker-owners to look at the system.
